are thrilled to announce that we have planned several joint initiatives during 2021 to get more women into tech.
Our first joint initiative starting January 2021 is a campaign to shine a spotlight on all the amazing organisations and their favourite blogs, studies and articles. Each week we will present a new organisation on all our social media channels (please follow us via the links below).
Our second initiative is an awareness campaign on why gender equality means good business.

PWG is an international career network for women in Zurich founded in 1983. We connect women with a mutual interest in developing professional connections, shaping careers, exchanging cultural experiences, and learning trends in the professional environment
Since 2014, Women in Digital Switzerland has been supporting It’s communities across 5 cities and advocating change towards greater inclusion of women in digital leadership. Our 2021 key focus areas are: 1. To continue to build community partnerships that positively impact the status of women working in digital 2. Bring to life inspiring research 3. Create meaningful networking and knowledge exchange experiences for our extended community.
